What's the difference between the WB-100KG, WB-120KG, and WB-150KG - which one should I choose?
The three models differ in operating voltage and maximum torque output. The WB-100KG runs on 6.0V-8.4V (standard 2S LiPo) and delivers up to 100KG-cm - ideal for most 1/6 scale builds. The WB-120KG runs on 12.6V-16.8V (3S-4S LiPo) and delivers up to 120KG-cm, suited for larger 1/5 scale platforms. The WB-150KG runs on 16.8V-25.2V (4S-6S LiPo) and peaks at 150KG-cm for the most demanding heavy-duty 1/5 scale applications. Match the model to your battery system for best results.
Is the WB Series truly waterproof - can I run it in mud and wet conditions?
Yes. The Power HD WB Series features a fully sealed waterproof construction designed to handle mud, water splashes, and all-terrain conditions. It is built for outdoor bashing and crawling where exposure to the elements is unavoidable.
What type of motor and gears does the WB Series use - how durable is it?
All three WB Series models use a high-voltage brushless motor paired with a steel gear train. Brushless motors run cooler, respond faster, and last significantly longer than brushed alternatives. The steel gears provide maximum durability under the sustained high-load steering demands of large-scale RC vehicles.
Is the WB Series hard to install - do I need to modify my vehicle?
The WB Series uses a standard 15T horn spline, which is compatible with most 1/5 and 1/6 scale servo mounts without modification. Installation is straightforward for the listed compatible vehicles. We recommend verifying your chassis servo bay dimensions and horn spline compatibility before purchasing. If you need help, our team is happy to assist.
