Fitment & Care
Suitable for FPV racing, freestyle and long-range builds where the battery mounting surface can accommodate the pad. Check the contact area and allow for the additional 3.2mm thickness; not every frame needs the full pad.
- Remove the battery and check the mounting area before cutting the pad.
- Trim to the required shape, keeping screw access, strap slots and moving parts clear.
- Place the battery on the grip surface and secure it with suitable battery straps. Check retention and clearance before flight.
- If grip declines with surface contamination, rinse the pad separately from the battery and electronics. Let it dry fully and recheck its grip before reuse.
Retention reminder: this pad supplements battery straps; it is not a substitute for mechanical restraint and cannot guarantee that a battery will remain attached in a crash.
