📋 How to Return

Step Action
1 Contact us at soaringskystore@protonmail.com within 3 days of delivery
2 Provide at least 3 photos clearly showing the damaged area
3 We review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility
4 Upon approval, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions
5 Pack item in original packaging with all labels intact and ship back
6 Refund processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item
⚠️ Important: Do NOT send items back without first requesting a return — unrequested returns will not be accepted. The sender is responsible for any damage or loss during return transit.

Cancellation is not possible at this stage. The order will be handled under our Return & Refund Policy:
  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the item
  • 25% processing fee deducted from refund
  • Customer bears return shipping cost
  • Item must be returned in original packaging with all labels intact
