What RC planes is this battery compatible with?
This is an FMS factory 3S 2200mAh LiPo battery, compatible with the FMS 1300mm PA-18 Super Cub and other FMS models using 3S batteries with XT60 connectors.
What does '25C' mean? What is the discharge capability?
'C' is the discharge rate. 25C × 2200mAh = 55A max continuous discharge. Plenty for the PA-18's relaxed flying style.
What should I note for first-time use?
Charge fully with a balance charger before first use. Ensure cell voltages are balanced (~4.2V per cell). Avoid over-discharging—do not go below 3.2V per cell.
How should I store this battery long-term?
For long-term storage, charge to ~3.8V per cell (storage voltage). Avoid storing fully charged or fully depleted. Keep in a cool, dry place.
What charger should I use with this battery?
Use a charger that supports LiPo 3S balance charging, such as the FMS D6 Pro or any standard RC balance charger with XT60 compatibility.
