Binding Guide
FGr4S V2 — binding procedure diagram
- Insert the bind cable into the receiver's BIND port.
- Plug the power cable into any other port — the LED will flash quickly, indicating bind mode.
- Put the transmitter into bind mode (refer to your transmitter's manual).
- Binding is successful when the receiver's LED flashes slowly. Remove the bind and power cables.
- Reconnect the power cable to the receiver.
- Verify transmitter and receiver are operating correctly. Repeat if needed.
Forced Firmware Update
If the transmitter firmware was updated and the receiver code no longer matches:
- Short-circuit the BIND pin and its adjacent signal pin with the bind cable.
- Power on the receiver — it enters update mode (LED: 3 flashes + 1 off). Remove the bind cable.
- Select Forced Update on the transmitter.
- Update is complete when the LED changes from 3-flash pattern to slow flash.
Failsafe
Failsafe outputs a preset channel value when the receiver loses signal, protecting the model and bystanders.
- If no failsafe is configured on the transmitter: PWM/PPM/i-BUS output stops; S.BUS holds the last value.
- If failsafe is configured: channels output according to the transmitter's preset values.

Safety & Installation Notes
- Ensure the product is installed and calibrated correctly before use — incorrect installation may cause serious injury.
- Always disconnect the receiver battery before turning off the transmitter to avoid unintended operation.
- Mount the receiver away from motors, ESCs, or other high-electrical-noise devices.
- Do not power on the receiver during the setup process to prevent loss of control.
- For best signal strength, keep the antenna as far away from metal parts as possible.
