Description
Restore the signature high-wing look and structural integrity of your FMS 1700mm PA-18 Super Cub with this official OEM replacement supporting strut set. The wing struts on the PA-18 aren't just cosmetic — they brace the main wing against flex and torsion during flight, and a bent or cracked strut should be replaced before your next session.
Manufactured by FMS to factory specifications, this strut set is a direct-fit replacement for the stock PA-18 airframe. The struts mount to the original attachment points on the fuselage and wing undersurface with no modification required, restoring both the structural brace function and the classic Cub silhouette.
Key Features:
- ✅ OEM Direct Fit — Genuine FMS replacement; designed specifically for the 1700mm PA-18 Super Cub airframe
- ✅ Structural Wing Brace — Restores the wing support function critical to the PA-18's high-wing design
- ✅ Complete Set — Includes both left and right supporting struts for a full replacement
- ✅ Factory Mounting Points — Attaches directly to stock fuselage and wing attachment points; no drilling or trimming required
- ✅ Authentic PA-18 Profile — Maintains the classic Super Cub silhouette and scale appearance
- ✅ Made by FMS — Genuine spare part (SKU: SS-202603SID573) with factory quality assurance
Compatibility:
- FMS 1700mm PA-18 Super Cub V2
- FMS 1700mm PA-18 Super Cub (original version, where applicable)
Note: This listing is for the supporting strut set only. Wing panels, hardware, and other airframe components are not included.
Don’t fly a PA-18 with a compromised strut. Replace it now and keep your Cub looking — and flying — exactly as it should.
