What material are the FJ-5 arms made from?
The FJ-5 arms use a carbon-fiber-mixed injection molding process, combining the stiffness of carbon fiber with the design flexibility of injection molding. This allows consistent color and complex shapes while maintaining adequate crash resistance for 5-inch class builds.
Are motors, flight controller, and ESC included?
No. The FJ-5 is a frame kit only. Motors, flight controller stack (30.5×30.5mm pattern), propellers, camera, and receiver are not included and must be sourced separately.
How do I configure the LED and buzzer?
The FJ-5 includes an integrated Bluetooth buzzer/LED board. You can adjust colors and buzzer behavior via a Bluetooth app on your phone, without connecting to a PC or flight controller configurator.
What stack mounting pattern does the FJ-5 support?
The FJ-5 supports the standard 30.5×30.5mm flight controller and ESC stack mounting pattern used by most 5-inch class components.
Can I mount a GoPro or action camera on the FJ-5?
Yes. The FJ-5 includes a dedicated CNC action camera mounting plate designed for GoPro-style cameras. A lens silicone mount and lens guard for FPV cameras are also included in the kit.
