What aircraft types is the F405 WING MINI compatible with?
The F405 WING MINI supports conventional fixed-wing aircraft, V-tail aircraft, aircraft with flaperons, and VTOLs. With up to 11 PWM outputs (9 pin headers + 2 solder pads + 1 LED pad), it covers a wide range of motor and servo configurations. It runs INAV firmware by default.
What firmware does the F405 WING MINI use?
The F405 WING MINI runs INAV firmware (target: SpeedyBeeF405WING) by default. INAV 7.0 is supported for VTOL flight modes. Wireless configuration is available via the SpeedyBee app using Bluetooth or Wi-Fi (Access Point mode).
How does the wireless tuning work?
The included Wireless USB Extender supports three modes: BLE (Bluetooth) mode for the SpeedyBee app, Wi-Fi Access Point mode (SSID: Speedybee eFLY-WIFI, Password: 88888888), and wireless off mode. Long-press the BOOT button for 6 seconds to switch between modes. Ensure UART6 MSP is enabled at 115200 baud in INAV.
Does the F405 WING MINI support dual camera switching?
Yes. The board supports dual analog camera switching between C1 and C2 inputs via INAV Modes/USER configuration. Note: both cameras must use the same video format (PAL or NTSC). This feature currently supports analog cameras only.

Description
The SpeedyBee F405 WING MINI is a compact, full-featured fixed-wing flight controller designed for builders who want serious capability in a minimal footprint. Running INAV firmware on an STM32F405 processor, it supports conventional fixed-wing, V-tail, flaperon, and VTOL configurations out of the box. The integrated PDB handles 2–6S input with dedicated BEC outputs for FC, servos, and VTX, while the included Wireless USB Extender brings Bluetooth 2.0 and Wi-Fi tuning via the SpeedyBee app — no laptop required on the field. Whether you are building a sub-250g glider or a full VTOL platform, the F405 WING MINI gets you airborne with less wiring and more confidence.

✅ Integrated PDB with Dual BEC — 2–6S LiPo input (7–36V), 5.2V/2A FC BEC, 5V/4A servo BEC (adjustable to 6V via jumper), and 80A continuous / 150A peak current sensor. TVS protective diode included.
✅ MicroSD Blackbox — Onboard MicroSD card slot for full INAV blackbox logging. Analyze flight data post-flight for tuning and troubleshooting.
✅ Full MCU Pinout Breakout — All MCU pins are broken out for maximum customization. Labeled solder pads on the back of the socket for clean, reliable custom wiring.
