A bent or cracked wing tube compromises wing alignment, dihedral angle, and flight stability — it must be replaced before the next flight.
This set includes two (2) wing tubes — a complete replacement for both the front and rear wing joining tubes of the PA-18 1300mm.

⚠️ Important: Never fly with a bent or cracked wing tube — a compromised wing joint can cause asymmetric lift, wing flutter, or structural failure in flight. Ensure the tube is centered and symmetrically exposed on both sides when inserted. This part is designed for the FMS 1300mm PA-18 only and is not compatible with other FMS models.
Installation Steps:
- Remove both wing panels from the fuselage and extract the damaged wing tubes.
- Insert the new wing tubes through the fuselage wing tube sleeves, ensuring equal exposure on both left and right sides.
- Slide both wing panels onto the tubes, checking that the wing roots seat flush against the fuselage.
- Verify the dihedral angle is symmetrical on both sides before securing the wings.
- Perform a gentle flex test on both wing panels to confirm the joint is solid before flight.
